Our Owner
Nóel Gordon, MBA, MPP, AFSP is the owner and chief financial officer (CFO) of Rebel Bookkeeping, LLC.
Nóel has over a decade of experience in corporate finance and public accounting, with specialized expertise in federal tax income strategy, compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, and best practices for small business and nonprofit bookkeeping.
Nóel’s track record of accomplishment includes serving as a full-time CFO and former finance director, where he managed multiple multi-million-dollar budgets, led complex regulatory compliance efforts, and brokered a historic collective bargaining agreement that raised benefits and wages for all employees—management included.
As the owner of Rebel Bookkeeping, Nóel leads all of our work helping clients implement sound financial policies and accounting procedures that later prove key to their audit-readiness.
Nóel holds a double master’s degree in business administration and public policy from the University of Minnesota, where he studied corporate finance and public accounting. He is also an active member of the National Black MBA Association and the National Association of Black Accountants.
